Held in Hope is the cancer-support program of the In His Hands Foundation. Its purpose is not to “give” someone hope as though they do not already have their own strength, faith, or agency. It is about coming alongside people affected by cancer, creating connection, sharing stories, offering tangible encouragement, and helping people feel less alone throughout the cancer journey.

Our Initiatives:
Hope In The Community
hope grows when we show up for each other
We put hope into action by supporting cancer organizations, participating in community events, and providing books, Hope Kits, and encouragement to people affected by cancer.
Hope Ducks
hope you can hold
Hope Ducks are small, joyful reminders of encouragement and connection, created for people navigating cancer and the people walking beside them.
Diaries of Hope
real stories . real hope
We collect and share real experiences from people touched by cancer, including patients, survivors, supporters and healers.
Proceeds from selected projects are directed to trusted organizations supporting individuals and families affected by cancer.
Your story can be someone’s hope

We invest in organizations specifically serving individuals and families impacted by breast cancer, helping expand access to support, information, community, and care throughout the cancer journey.
Patient Support
We support organizations that provide practical and emotional resources to people navigating cancer treatment, including guidance, education, transportation, counseling, and other forms of assistance.
