In 2026, Youth2Seniors became In His Hands Foundation, expanding our mission while carrying forward the heart of everything we had built. Today, our work comes to life through three signature programs: Youth2Seniors, which continues to build intergenerational relationships; Hope Diaries, which supports cancer patients and their families; and Hands Across the World, which helps provide essential resources and opportunities to communities in Africa.

Our mission has grown, but our foundation remains the same. We believe hope becomes most powerful when it is placed directly into the hands of someone who needs it.

This is how we began. This is who we have become. And with every relationship, every story, and every act of generosity, we continue putting hope in more hands.
Our Legacy of Love
In His Hands Foundation began in 2011 as Youth2Seniors with a simple belief: people of every generation have something meaningful to give one another.

What started as Youth2Seniors brought children and older adults together to share stories, laughter, wisdom, and friendship. Over the years, we watched these relationships transform lives. Young people found encouragement and perspective. Older adults rediscovered connection and purpose. We learned that when people feel seen, valued, and included, hope begins to grow.

As our organization grew, so did our story.

Our board members’ lives were being shaped by experiences that felt deeply personal: a journey through cancer, a growing commitment to children and families in Africa, and an enduring passion for creating meaningful connections across generations. Each experience opened our eyes to a different need, but they were all connected by the same calling: to show up for people during the moments when compassion, dignity, and hope matter most.
